There's still a day and a half left of the event-packed New Zealand International Science Festival. The event, which began on July 6 and runs until July 11 is themed "Everyday Science- Food For Thought" and offers many events related to food science. Festival-goers can still catch the keynote speech by Tim Jarvis, who will be speaking tonight from 7-8pm about issues surrounding water availability. Many other events can also be checked out this Saturday and Sunday, including an event explaining why seaweed makes a healthy snack as well as a "science cabaret" that explores the science behind sin.
