Preparations for the first ever Philadelphia Science Festival, set for April of 2011, are well underway. Their new website gives a sense of what to expect, and will help you get involved.
The two-week festival is a collaboration between the region's universities, museums, companies, libraries, and school systems...with some unexpected partners chipping in to make this inaugural celebration an unforgettable one. The Franklin Institute is serving as festival headquarters, but expect events to take place throughout Philadelphia's great neighborhoods There is still time to become a part of the festival.
