Dr. Chris Emdin at the North Carolina Science Festival

In 2015, the North Carolina Science Festival brought Dr. Chris Emdin and his protege Jabari Johnson to the state. They were featured presenters at Morehead Planetarium and Science Center's STEMville Science Symposium and also appeared at the High School Hackathon hosted at the American Underground in Durham. This program was co-developed to engage youth in the festival.
